How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?

It is really important that you find a therapist that is the right for you , I offer a free
30 minute consultation . The session allows us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy and gives you a chance to ask any questions that you have about me and how I work.

When can I see you?
I work from 10am until 8 pm Monday to Thursday and 10-4 pm on Friday’s . To book an appointment please phone me on 07941597573 or 01422 399403 to arrange an appointment . If I am unable to answer my phone , leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Or if you prefer fill out the Contact form and I will answer you enquiry.

How long will I need to see you?

For some people therapy lasts between  6 weeks to 6 months , which is enough to explore and understand a difficulty , find solutions  and implement change. For others who are wanting  a deeper change for themselves ,how they relate to themselves, others and the world therapy normally last from 6 months to several years , the length of your therapy is up to you.
