How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?
It is really important that you find a therapist that is the right for you , I offer a free
30 minute consultation . The session allows us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy and gives you a chance to ask any questions that you have about me and how I work.
When can I see you?
I work from 10am until 8 pm Monday to Thursday and 10-4 pm on Friday’s . To book an appointment please phone me on 07941597573 or 01422 399403 to arrange an appointment . How long will I need to see you?
For some people therapy lasts between 6 weeks to 6 months , which is enough to explore and understand a difficulty , find solutions and implement change. For others who are wanting a deeper change for themselves ,how they relate to themselves, others and the world therapy normally last from 6 months to several years , the length of your therapy is up to you.
Where do you work from and how do I get there ?
I work from the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre in Halifax , my office is a private space that is fully accessible.
With the COVID 19 pandemic what type of sessions do you offer?
I offer face to face sessions , following the guidance of the government and NHS as well as my regulatory bodies BACP and UKATA to create a COVID secure environment as well as working remotely via Zoom and Skype video platforms and the telephone.
The centre is close to the A58 with free car parking as well as being on main bus routes , it is a 20 minute walk from the train station , for more directions
