Finding the right therapist for you is very important , I offer a 30 minute free consultation. The time provides an opportunity for us to meet , for you to share with me what has brought you to therapy and what you may want , a chance for you to find out more about me, ask any questions that you may have. 

You may decide at the session that you want to book the next appointment, or you may want to go away and consider , it is important that you decide what is right for you.

If we agree to work with each other we will meet for one hour weekly or fortnightly, which ever suits you.

Fees 

• A session is 60 minutes and costs £50
• Fees are paid by cash or bank transfer
